Stuffed Croissant

Ingredients
1. Croissants 2 large
2. Chicken sausages 4-5
3. Oil 2 tablespoons
4. Onion chopped 1 medium
5. Garlic cloves chopped 2-3 medium
6. Salt to taste
7. Tomato puree 2-3 tablespoons
8. Fresh parsley chopped 1 tablespoon
9. Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon
10. Parmesan cheese block

How to cook ?
Step 1: Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and garlic and sauté. Add a little salt and sauté till onion changes colour. Chop sausages.
Step 2: Add tomato puree and sausages to the pan and mix well. Add parsley, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix again.
Step 3: Slit the croissants without cutting through and make a cavity in the centre. Stuff the croissants with the sausage mixture. Shave parmesan cheese and put over the mixture. Close the croissants.
Step 4: Serve immediately.
