Aloo Methi Gobhi

Ingredients
1. Potatoes cut into wedges 2 medium
2. Cauliflower cut into florets 1 small
3. Fresh fenugreek (methi) finely chopped 1 cup
4. Oil 1 tablespoon
5. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
6. Asafoetida ½ teaspoon
7. Ginger cut into strips 1 inch
8. Green chilli slit 2
9. Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon
10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
11. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
12. Salt to taste

How to cook ?
Step 1:- Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan; add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When the seeds begin to change colour, add ginger, green chilli and sauté for one minute. Add potatoes. Cover and cook for 3 minutes
Step 2:- Add cauliflower florets, sprinkle around two tablespoons of water and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3:- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, salt and methi. Mix well.
