Mustard Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
1. Chicken With Skin 1
2. English Mustard 5-6
3. Apricot jam 1 cup
4. Sea salt
5. English mustard paste 2 tablespoons
6. Orange juice 2 tablespoons
7. Black pepper powder

How to cook ?
Step 1 : Clean and wash chicken. Apply sea salt all over the top and inside.
Step 2 : Take apricot jam in a bowl and add mustard paste and mix well.
Step 3 : Add in orange juice. Prick the chicken all over with the cloves for flavor.
Step 4 : Preheat the oven to 230° C. Baste the chicken from all sides with the apricot glaze and sprinkle crushed pepper.
Step 5 : Roast in the convection oven at 230° C. for ten to fifteen minutes and then at moderate temperature of 180° C for thirty minutes.
Step 6 : Serve hot.
