Blueberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients
1. Blueberries 200 grams
2. Cream Cheese 200 grams
3. Chocolate cookies broken 5
4. Butter 1/4 cup
5. Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 cup
6. Eggs 2
7. Cream 150 mililitres

How to cook ?
Step 1 : Preheat oven to 180° C. Grind broken chocolate cookies in a mixer jar.
Step 2 : In a bowl mix together ground chocolate cookies and butter.
Step 3 : Spread this mixture evenly in a cake tin with wet hands.
Step 4 : Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Put cream cheese in a bowl and whisk well. Add castor sugar and mix.
Step 6 : Break the eggs into the mixture and mix well.Add cream and mix well.
Step 7 : Remove the cake tin from the oven and spread the cheese cake mixture over it.
Step 8 : Add blueberries and spread them over it.
Step 9 : Bake for 40 minutes. Cool and serve
